Manual operation
The manual mode can be used to control the heater and air conditioner to your desired settings.
To turn off the heater and air conditioner, turn the fan control dial to the OFF position.
Fan speed control:
Turn the fan speed control dial clockwise to increase the fan speed.
Turn the fan speed control dial counterclockwise to decrease the fan speed.
Turn the fan speed control dial to the AUTO position to change the fan speed to the automatic mode.
Air flow control:
Turn the air flow control dial to change the air flow mode.
: Air flows from the center and
side ventilators.
: Air flows from the center and
side ventilators
and foot outlets.
: Air flows mainly from the foot
outlets.
: Air flows from the defroster and
foot
outlets.
Temperature control:
Turn the temperature control dial to set the desired temperature.
Air recirculation:
Push the outside air circulation
/air
recirculation
button to change the air circulation
mode.
When the indicator below the air recirculation
icon is illuminated, the flowing air is
recirculated inside the vehicle.
Outside air circulation:
Push the outside air circulation
/air
recirculation
button to change the air circulation
mode.
When the indicator below the outside air
circulation
icon is illuminated,
the flowing
air is drawing from outside the vehicle.
Automatic air intake control:
Press the outside air circulation
/air
recirculation
button once to change operation of
the air conditioner in the following order.
Air recirculation mode
Outside
air circulation
mode
Automatic control mode
Air recirculation mode
When automatic control mode is set, the air recirculation indicator and outside air circulation indicator will turn off.
