Do not operate your Nissan Versa or allow passengers to use any seating position if the head restraint/headrest has been removed. If a head restraint/headrest was previously removed for cargo clearance or maintenance, you must reinstall and properly adjust it before any occupant uses that designated seating position. Remove

Always double-check and ensure the non-adjustable head restraint/headrest is pushed down until the lock knob is securely engaged in the locking notch before riding in that designated seating position.

Raise

To raise the head restraint/headrest to a higher position, simply pull the cushion upward until it clicks into the desired notch.

Make sure the head restraint/headrest is properly positioned and that the locking collar knob is fully engaged and clicked into the notch before riding in that designated seating position of your Nissan Versa.

Lower

To lower the height, press and hold down the lock knob on the mounting collar while pushing the head restraint/headrest downward to the preferred notch.
