Nissan Versa: Pre-driving checks and adjustments - Sun visors

Operating the Nissan Versa sun visor to block glare from the front or side window and sliding out the extension

1. To block direct sunlight and glare coming from the front, swing the primary sun visor (labeled 1) downward.

2. To block glare from the side window, unclip the sun visor from its center mount and swing it outward toward the side glass (direction 2).

3. Slide the integrated sun visor extension (labeled 3) outward or inward along the visor body as needed to block additional glare.

CAUTION

Do not store the sun visor back in its ceiling mount without first sliding the extension panel back to its original fully retracted position.
To avoid breaking the components, do not forcefully pull downward on the extended sun visor panel.

Vanity mirror

Opening the vanity mirror cover on the passenger side sun visor in the Nissan Versa

To access the integrated vanity mirror, pull the main sun visor down from the ceiling and flip open the protective mirror cover.

Card holder (driver's side only)

Using the driver-side card holder located on the sun visor of the Nissan Versa

To access the card holder, pull the driver's side sun visor down and slide your card or parking ticket into the designated holder slot (labeled A).

For your safety, do not read or view cards, tickets, or stored information while actively operating the vehicle.
