Add a quality automotive washer solvent into the windshield-washer fluid reservoir of your Nissan Versa to ensure clear visibility and superior glass cleaning performance. During freezing winter weather conditions, add a specialized windshield-washer antifreeze solution to prevent ice buildup. Always carefully follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding the correct dilution and mixture ratio.

Refill the washer fluid reservoir more frequently during adverse driving conditions, such as driving through heavy rain, snow, or slush, which require an increased amount of windshield-washer fluid usage.

The factory-recommended fluid is Genuine NISSAN Windshield-Washer Fluid Concentrate Cleaner & Antifreeze or an equivalent high-grade product.

CAUTION

• Never substitute engine cooling system antifreeze for windshield-washer fluid.

  Doing so may result in permanent chemical damage to the exterior vehicle paint.

• Do not fill the windshield-washer fluid reservoir with concentrated washer fluid at full 100% strength. Some aggressive methyl alcohol-based washer fluid concentrates can permanently stain or discolor the front grille plastic if accidentally spilled while filling the reservoir tank.
• Always pre-mix concentrated windshield-washer fluids with clean water in a separate container to the manufacturer's recommended levels before pouring the blended fluid into your Nissan Versa washer reservoir.

  Do not use the vehicle's windshield-washer reservoir itself as a mixing vessel to combine washer concentrate and water.
